The American Cancer Society is the nationwide, community-based, voluntary health organization dedicated to eliminating cancer as a major health problem by preventing cancer, saving lives, and diminishing suffering from cancer, through research, education, advocacy, and service. Volunteers play a significant role in our ability to meet our mission.
Numerous volunteer opportunities are available to persons who like to be involved in fundraising events and planning. For those interested in direct or indirect patient and family services and support, we have opportunities in the community, in treatment centers, and through our clubhouse, HopeClub. Administrative support is always available and welcomed.
