Since 1987, the Center for Economic Growth (CEG) has been committed to fostering visionary economic growth throughout the 11-county Capital Region, as well as a significant portion of the Tech Valley corridor.

For more than three decades, CEG has been at the forefront of economic development initiatives and public policy discussions affecting the 1.1 million residents of New York’s Capital Region and Tech Valley. As a not-for-profit membership based organization, we collaborate with our partners to both shape the future of our communities and to provide the pathways necessary to make those goals become reality. By advancing visionary policies and advocating for transformational change we strive to build upon the qualities that make the area a great place to live, work and play.
